Wolf Lake Man Sentenced to 30 Months in Prison for Possession of Methamphetamine

Wolf Lake Man Sentenced to 30 Months in Prison for Possession of Methamphetamine

 

The Union County State’s Attorney’s Office and Union County Sheriff’s Office announced today that Patrick W. McLane (DOB 03-28-1982) of 1515 Belcher Road in Wolf Lake has been sentenced to thirty (30) months in the Illinois Department of Corrections on a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class 3 Felony.  McLane had previously been sentenced to a term of probation in April 2010 on the methamphetamine charge and probation was revoked based upon violations of attempting to defraud a drug screen test and another incident from November 2010 in which McLane fled from Cobden Police resulting in a vehicular pursuit.

 

McLane was originally arrested on the methamphetamine charge on evening of October 26, 2009 by the Illinois Conservation Police with assistance from the Union County Sheriff’s Office and Union County Drug Task Force.
