Three Missouri Residents Sentenced to Prison on Methamphetamine Charges

Union County State’s Attorney Tyler R. Edmonds announced the following sentences today:

  • Shawn E. Barker (DOB 09-28-1975) of 105 Pecan Lane, Oak Ridge, Missouri has been sentenced to three (3) years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on one (1) count of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Precursors, a Class 2 Felony.  Barker was charged following an investigation by Illinois State Police regarding pseudoephedrine purchases by Barker at an Anna retailer in March of 2012.
  • Harry Gordon IV (DOB 09-15-1989) of 600 East Cedar, Bertrand, Missouri has been sentenced to five (5) years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on one (1) count of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Precursors, a Class 2 Felony.  Gordon was charged following an investigation by Illinois State Police regarding pseudoephedrine purchases by Gordon at an Anna retailer in September of 2011.
  • Amber Drury (DOB 11-09-1986) of 600 East Cedar, Bertrand, Missouri has been sentenced to three (3) years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on one (1) count of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Precursors, a Class 2 Felony.  Drury was charged following an investigation by Illinois State Police regarding pseudoephedrine purchases by Gordon at an Anna retailer in September of 2011.
