Two Sentenced to Prison for Methamphetamine Manufacturing

Union County State’s Attorney Tyler R. Edmonds announced the following sentences to the Illinois Department of Corrections:

Ty W. Dalton (DOB 09/30/1972) of 115 Kohler Avenue in Anna has been sentenced to eight (8) years in the Illinois Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to one (1) count of Conspiracy: Unlawful Participation in Methamphetamine Production, a Class 1 Felony.  Dalton was arrested on August 16, 2013 following an investigation by the Union County Sheriff’s Office regarding methamphetamine and heroin activity at the residence located at 115 Kohler Street in Anna.

Johnny L. Eubanks (DOB 01/26/1983) of 775 Berryville Road in rural Jonesboro has been sentenced to nine (9) years in the Illinois Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to one (1) count of Unlawful Participation in Methamphetamine Production, a Class 1 Felony.  Eubanks was arrested in March 2013 following an investigation by the Union County Sheriff’s Office and Jonesboro Police Department.
